Mr. Wang Yanping, born in October 1962, Chinese nationality, graduate degree, no permanent residence abroad. From January 1984 to January 1993, he served as the Youth League Committee Secretary and Village Head of Xiaobei Village, Dongxiang Township, Pingtan County, Fuzhou City, Fujian Province; from January 1993 to March 2001, he served as the General Manager and Party Branch Secretary of Fuzhou Guangyu Shipping Co., Ltd.; from April 2001 to present, he served as the Chairman and President of the issuer; from November 2002 From January to present, he serves as the executive director of Shanghai Air China Ocean Shipping;From September 2004 to present, he has served as vice chairman and general manager of Shanghai Guodian, and currently serves as executive director; from May 2008 to present, he has served as vice chairman of Tianjin Guoneng (formerly Tianjin Guodian Shipping Co., Ltd.).
